Finance growth prospect are dismal, Either employee is overpaid or underpaid. Starting a career with jio might not be wise, as they tend to pay new joiners 3 times more but struggle to offer even a 10-20% appraisal for existing employee

Delayed appraisals. Not so transparent about few policies No pay parity. Even people with less experience and skills could have more pay than you and you even don't know who you could discuss with in order to fix it.

Good campus environment.

Dislikes

Poor salary. Very less yearly increment. In-hand amount keeps on decreasing on various reasons like medical insurance and other, overall pay remained same as of previous year. Very less initiatives for upskilling. No flexibility in working model, strict wfo. Poor work life balance, due to inequality in responsibility allocation. More work will be given in return of good work done previously.

Nothing as such. Only thing is they don't fire easily, unless u face disciplinary action

Dislikes

...ntless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.
