There is good work environment and work culture. Teammates and the management is transparent. Occasionally organized party by the company for enjoyment they give good salary and fooding hike and bonus every year.

Career growth is slow. During the new joinees very less salary given to the employees by company.

The company is run by South Korean whose primary language is Korean ,so the employees have no idea what they're really saying.The managers and CEO can't even understand basic English .let alone communication effectively with the staff.

Dislikes

There staff dose not think or care about there employs. They only know how to say yes or OK ( ney ) when boss say something and there senior staff only want to save there job.There is a wast gap of communication between company management and employees.There basic idea is we don't listen no for anything.Company is run by only one or two person. Note: If anyone who really want a growth in there career please don't join in any circumstances.
