There is not political issues and management address our all issues.salary is decent and career growth is good. There is a no bond two 2 years.

The mid management doesn't know how to grow retail and channel marketing. They don't trust their ground level employees and doesn't provide support. Here the pressure is immense and without any reason anytime your job can go

Safety poor , salary disparity huge , favouritism at peak , no transperent apparisal , variable pay is abuse and fake, ctc false , very poor reporting structure any one can report anyone and anyone can adk report to ayone
