Buttering the boss is the trait, you can see in the whole organization (top-down approach). They hire some engineers from tier-1 college like IIT & NIT but all of them resign within 3 years due to organization's policy and culture. Its a quite good culture.

...e to fire you. 4. Career growth is good for diploma people. 5. we didn't get any salary increment since last 3 years and even Jindal reduce our package by 10% due to their deeds (market fall, coal scam etc) 6. Politics is as usual high there. 7. Learning opportunity is great there. 8. Innovation is an unexplored word in JSPL 9. Discouragement is basics for fresher and tier-1 college professionals. The individual department used to not promote tier-1 college professional as they think that we will leave the organization within 3 years.

... conditions at project site and company areas. Management and HR unprofessional. Deduction in Variable pay after the completion of financial year. 24 Hrs works. Unsafe work culture in the plant areas. Plant area Traffic is abnormal.

Be sure to clear out the variable part before joining. Lala companies like to steal a huge part of variable from the employees. Worst working culture and top management treat employees as their personal dogs. Dont respect the time of the employees. Moreover its a switch over organisation for max 2-3 years not more.
