One can learn a lot of things, salary is average, growth is poor, travelling depends on job profile, food facility available but varies from plant to plant, accomodation is also provided, for freshers and top notch levels like AVP, VP its best, for a fresher they can learn itself from seniors, neat and clean plant, safety concern is quite good and better than psus

Work Pressure is sometimes high upto 12 hrs, politics on higher side especially at mid management level, job security depends on company's profit but its ok no need to worry if you are working, promotions are poor even if you have higher degree as mostly diploma people are at senior postions they wont recognise your extraordinary skills until and unless their is someone who appreciates your work, previously this company used to be good day by day to politics the scenario is changing

Be sure to clear out the variable part before joining. Lala companies like to steal a huge part of variable from the employees. Worst working culture and top management treat employees as their personal dogs. Dont respect the time of the employees. Moreover its a switch over organisation for max 2-3 years not more.

Township is near to plant location

Dislikes

Dust in township and plant both. TVP ,huge unwanted salary deduction. Micro management by owner directly. Huge fines.High working hours is culture.Abusive language is policy.Forced to work on weekly off day sometimes..
