... Power is a good brand name you would be satisfied with the designation you get here,you can get a handsome salary after joining into other company.

Sorry to say but this is the real fact that here is no perfect period of getting salary.This the major drawback.There is no proper working environment.You can only survive here by false compliments of senior no team work.

The only think I like about JSPL is good learning opportunities. I joined as a freshers and I learned a lot from this platform.

1. Salary structure of existing employees. 2. Toxic environment. 3. Insufficient resources. 4. Less co-operative nature of top management in personal problems. 5. Overstay at duty

Excellent places to learn different engineering skills, a challenging place to explore yourself beyond your boundaries.

Growth is very slow for below executive level employees, not satisfactory compensation & benefits, work pressure is high.

Job security 100% like govt employees but work culture & compensation structure is not good enough like related industry.

There is a lot of politics & the management does not address pur issues.Salary structure is decent.
