...ut you have to manage manpower which are provided by contractor. But Major Cons. is Salary, Salary of diploma holders(20K) is 1/3 of B-tech. Holder(60-80K) and coming to promotion B.tech holder will be Assistant Manager after 1 year but a diploma holders will achieve it after 10 years(minimum).
