Salary is less as compared to same experience of others ,Every 2-3 years man power reductions news has come and some times it's happened. Less manpower and resources.

Poor manegement, hierarchy not maintained in our work life. Salary is one of major reason it's it's good to see but when it credit it's horrible.

... from home even in penademic after govt open lockdown pressurise to come office.but compensation is very poor ,you have to work 7 days of week,policies are good but for IT it is not good.permotion is after 3 yeras with clearing a internal exam about company and other topics by third party which is not crackable so forgot about it.HR are acting like all and all.

Same as above.also apraisal is 5 to 7 percent after waiting for 1 to 2 year.not aplicable for below assistant manger below it you got 15k to 20 k yearly only until you hvae got permoted as Am.also apraisal is after 2 yeras of joining first year you are not eligible for it as per policy..

Teammates are supportive, though work pressure is more but the work environment is good and working on advanced technologies enhances knowledge and nurtures skills.

Dislikes

The only thing that is topic of serious concern is salary delay.
