To be honest, all the instruments I work on here were in my degree course. As a result, there is a lot of good work to be done with them and a lot of small work to learn here
...rrelevant tasks such as house keeping are more important to them than processes. A job well done does not get the respect it deserves, the work is too hard and the pay as such is meagre. There are more than 1000 of them and there is a problem

learning scope is good, those who can survive here, can survive anywhere.
Dislikes
...that they are the people running the company, truth is, they are ruining it.
4. Total variable pay is a myth here, from now on.
5. Canteens are the worst, here departments dont even have a good hygienic place to eat, there is only 2 in whole wide plant. and also food quality & taste is poor.
6. work life balance is a myth here, even if u get time, u cant do anything as there nothing here rather than monotonous daily life.
7. Location is worst as well, nothing good nearby.
8. rotational shifts is tiring & bus services here are a waste of precious time.
9. Recognition & employee welfare is joke here. politics is on peak
10. hostel facilities are poor & hostile, basic amenities are missing in the rooms & they just keep stuffing people in the hostels & room as they want (sometimes they say that it is double accomodation, sometimes triple).
so overall it may be worst company i have ever worked in, may god help u if u enter this company. (this is not an exaggeration or sarcasm)

Dislikes
Because this company is an experience holder, it is not giving properly salary. Especially to the diploma persons who is working here for 5 more years.
Salary is good for degree holders but for others salary is terrible.
Like for diploma holders CTC is 2.5 L per annum max while for degree holders it is 10lakhs and skilled labour get arround 4-6 Lakhs per annum.
