Because is growing this company and is one of the largest companies in India.

Dislikes

Because this company is an experience holder, it is not giving properly salary. Especially to the diploma persons who is working here for 5 more years.

Very good work culture and brand value

Dislikes

Salary is good for degree holders but for others salary is terrible. Like for diploma holders CTC is 2.5 L per annum max while for degree holders it is 10lakhs and skilled labour get arround 4-6 Lakhs per annum.

Sorry to say but this is the real fact that here is no perfect period of getting salary.This the major drawback.There is no proper working environment.You can only survive here by false compliments of senior no team work.
