... Sachin do not want to work. Ujjwal always try to cuts the rights of employees. They want we have to work in Overtime but they do not want to pay for that. No promotion and appraisal only 8%. But If you are telu then you have 60% chances to get promotion. No bonus on any festival. No motivation to work. Only pressure. Well its is international company but nothing here like international. No any benefit. On-Roll employees are working here like off-roll employees.

...rrier growth become very poor since AMIE become out of the consideration of UGC. Salary is satisfactory/appraisal is good. No travel allowance for below Executive and if is in only Policy. We are from separate families so Politics automatically become a part with job (it specially play by some technically, socially and spretually weak persons and who not think beyond their own favour but not by all). Learning is depends upon self involvement and here is a lot of things to learn. Work environment is good. Moderate innovations. Work-life balance is very poor for technicals in both Shifts (can't plan any regular target) and in General Duty.

It is part of the reputed Jindal group.

Dislikes

Very poor job security. Most Unethical group of Jindal. Zero Work-life balance No recognition (Lala type company culture) No HR policies Excess Politics Unprofessional Atmosphere No employee respect No flexibility Totally manual system No employee training . I would not recommend to anyone to join Jindal Stainless Steelway ltd.If you have no job option/not good education level, can join. It is full of such poor employees.
