Dislikes

Company is full desi/ lala company. No work time you have to work 24/7. Expect to work on holidays. No work life balance. Full politics . People on higher positions do not want to change the company culture. HR IS USELESS. DO NOT COME .

Compensation is decent but HR policy & its services is poor. HR department is very poor & never analyze the employees appraisal & their growth. Since 2011 , i have been working with JSL . from 2011 to 2020 i was in plant with PPC department & in 2020 i have got transferred in Holloware Sales and marketing to Bhubaneswar location. Over a 12 years of long period of service , i have got a singe promotion in 2015 & since then i have been neglected and got me demoralized. Which is very painful for me.
