Dislikes

Salary revision is required for MCS because even if get yearly hike on low basic salary, it will take 10-12 years to reach 8 to 9 lakhs CTC. 2. Job security is good thing here, work life is also balance but those who are here from starting their salary is not even comparable with new joining employees at the same post . Means company recognise thir loyal employees in terms of work but doesn't recognises in terms of salary. This is not fare policy of HR.

For freshers, No training (though you are deputed in the post of GET), No career growth, Salary/appraisal were terrible. However, if you have good teammates and seniors then the stay become easy.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Zero r&d Just copy and paste to get maximum profit Salary is hoax they cut bonus from your own salary and present it as bonanza I can assure you that most of employee work here because either they have no other option or they accept their life like this Passive aggressive politics among else to consider Choose this company only if you have no option to feed your family and are sole bread earner
