There is no delay in salary disbursement but huge work pressure which affect the personal life.

Dislikes

Due to work pressure, it's tough to live a quality life even very tough to take rest and no compensation for the same. No Saturday, no Sunday and no holiday even after working for more than 12 hours.

... workking and unnecessar pressure on junior staff. not suggest to join any body. also during time of releving the staff create probleam to pag salary. also cut amt of salary during the time of full and final.

There is very bad culture now in Jindal Realty Limited after joining of new CEO Mr. Abhay Kumar Mishra. A lot of negativity in current employees and politics is at peak. He has fired almost 40% of staff in just 5 months and hired his own people. Ye aadmi itni tez chilata h jisse kisi ko bhi heart attack aa jaye. Highly recommended not to join this organisation. Ye aadmi jaldi dooba dega company ko. Stay unemployed but not join JRL. Mr. Jindal should have to visit frequently if he want ki JRL sahi rahe.

Worked with Jindal from Sep 12 to date. There was an excellent team work, I enjoy my tenure with the Jindal like a family and not as employee. The employer take so much care of their employee.
