There is no delay in salary disbursement but huge work pressure which affect the personal life.

Worked with Jindal from Sep 12 to date. There was an excellent team work, I enjoy my tenure with the Jindal like a family and not as employee. The employer take so much care of their employee.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
