jindal polybuttons pvt ltd is a good company. Working at jindal polybuttons pvt ltd for me is a great experience. very skillful and supportive staff was there. work life balance was not so good there.

The salary in jindal polybuttons is not so good. Also the work pressure is very high. I was working there for 12 to 15 hours a day. Sometimes the bills we made is in a very large quantity so that i had to work late night. Also the staff there was not so supportive they are not going to told about anything. You have to learn everything by your own. Also there was no job security and the growth is also slow.

No growth, no any support from management, no culture, very bad working environment, very bad policies of the management, no any system of working, all are commanding officers but the employee is only one, no any facilities, more work pressure and many more...

Good for starting of career but don't stick with it for long. Management is helpful and if you are local residents then good to stay for long term.

Dislikes

Industry have all kind of people, its upto us how we acknowledge them. We have to take out our work from them and this i think is learning. So keep find your way to come out of all and perform.
