I just luckily like my job profile but nothing more to like there, colleage people are really good but senior management and promoter are not to be like.

... and promoter culture are very bad. Also they don't value their good employee... also they just don't pay the Performance linked bonus... no matter how good you perform.

You should resign after you receive your salary. If you resign earlier, you will not be given your salary on time. They will do the drama that you will be paid later. The fact is you will never be paid.

a) Location of the company is 30 Km away from Nashik and 20 Km from Igatpuri b) No increment and Promotion c) Performance Linked Inceptives (10% of CTC) is not paid to employee who resigns

You can have knowledge multiple area.... Like I am production engineer so I areas like plant, slitter, Erema, Raw material store some time quality and also for give a training for new joining.

Increment or appraisal are dependent on HR head not your Manager..... HR offer salary never given when you join.

Company and colony are in same campus so no daily travelling required.

Dislikes

- No appraisal system. Your salary remain same even after 5 yrs - Performance Link Incentives are not paid fully even if your performance is best - zero maintenance in colony - Poor housekeeping all over the plant and colony.
