I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. You should resign after you receive your salary. If you resign earlier, you will not be given your salary on time. They will do the drama that you will be paid later. The fact is you will never be paid.

Company and colony are in same campus so no daily travelling required.

Dislikes

- No appraisal system. Your salary remain same even after 5 yrs - Performance Link Incentives are not paid fully even if your performance is best - zero maintenance in colony - Poor housekeeping all over the plant and colony.
