In case you join this company beware of EA's in the system. Please don't fall in trap of Jindal's name. Do not join BC Jindal Group.

...cum EA culture runs the show. Lot of politics. No team support. No job security. They call candidates from good companies on the basis of high pay, then any time aks to leave with no reasons.

Very very slow growth rate in salary. Frequent change in hostel rooms. Frequent change of department. No timings of job(24 hrs on mobile) even on leave. Less number of staff cause less number of leaves
