There is nothing to like. I had worked in bhiwadi plant just 1.8 year stint. At last I had left this company.

...'t attend any vendor program/ function/ same field another company function. 5.This company is basically for medium/ low grade student who have owned good package. This company hired Nalwa's candidate, those are misfit to perform the job, they have oiled their relative, spying. VCMD Pragun jindal had not take any action against this kind of weather.Basically he is the puppet .Top management think that everyone is labour.Good for nothing. 6.I have recommend to join another company except this. After joinig you think about job security.

You can survive with what they pay but not competitive as per market standard and You will have some job security there.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor atleast 10 years behind than any modern industries, old methods are being followed, backdated work culture. In 20th century they can't even provide wifi facilities for the bachelor employees who are staying inside the campus. When we asked, they said it is their policy. You will get 3 times meal there, but quality of food is getting worse day by day. Employees aren't treated equally. Discrimination is everywhere. In the name of cost cutting they can't even distribute at least a packet of sweets in diwali to the bachelor employees, Nothing. No policy changes or any developing approach, even if you are suggesting something they won't bother to look at. Arrogant administration and cliche management ask for suggestions just to show formality but don't follow any.

Only u will get salary on time every month, that's all.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Even after complaining about internal managers harassment and unnecessary job pressure, but management will not take any kind of action against them. Old lala culture. There is no career growth and no work life balance. There is no job security, they will fire u anytime. Also there is fine system in the company, they will recover fine from your salaries. Only company relations have all benefits and promotion etc.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...m. Merit is rewarded, and recognized sooner than later but there are exceptions. Pay - Regular and bonuses industry standards. Benefits over and above pay such as accommodation, food, etc.

Dislikes

Shackled by old structures, "Boss is always right" philosophy, Slow support functions - HR, accounts varies from unit to unit. Shortage of motivated employees.
