All the staff of Jindal Advance Material is Non technical . One of the worst organization in the market . JAM is just spoiling the name of Jindal Group . Seniors are thinking that juniors are there salves they don't care about anything if you complain about them no action will be taken by the Management. To save there jobs seniors put all the things on their juniors. So its my suggestion to the people those who are reading this kindly don't join this group your carrier will be spoiled.

The company offering job opportunities to all literate and illiterate persons who have some basic working skills & efficiency in that particular field especially that person who had left or fired from company in past at any reason. The top management of this company is very humble and kind personality who admire everyone for their good work

Identify and Stopped another source of an opportunity to leave the current job in future,No feedback taken, No ideas taken from labour Politics , Revenge, Don’t care about labourers self respect from senior level management who assists the labour to fulfill daily targets

Jindal is a brand and they providing very healthy environment and policies are also decent but…. So join other jindal company business

Not recommended single person management ( business head) who don’t believe in any business or work ethics He will treat every employee like his personal servant
