...ments no matter if you are a creative person they can put you as PA to Chairmen. They will make you sign a bond for 2 yrs and a part of your salary will be cut, if you are able to survive there for 2 years then only they will give you that part, but they will force you so badly to resign before 2 years by harnessing, making you do work which is not your part of job etc.

Management does not address our issues. there is no any annual increments and career growth is poor, There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. They is also deduction some amount of salaries every month in the shape of bond money which one given after completed the bond time.
