Nothing....Their main agenda is to get work from employees without salary

... 3 outlets but cannot manage properly even 1 out of them. Highly unprofessional. The company does not pay salary to employees and after asking for so many times for your salary still there is no reply. This company does not value their employees and does not even bother about their salaries. No employee stays in this company for a long time because of the salary issues. Thay have not paid salaries to atleast 10-12 ex employees yet. They don't even pay to designers on time for which designers call again and again and shout on them bt still this owner does not even bother and she says jo karna hai kar lo....because she has a political family background. Because of their political background they also threaten their employees if work is not completed on time.

The only positive thing whilst working for JFH was my colleague. She was extremely helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

People who run the business are extremely unprofessional. No proper documentation for your employment will be provided. The rules are made and bent as and when required by them. There is no recognition system in place. I will not be wrong if I say that owners treat employees as their personal butlers.
