I have learned that you have to work what around what salary they will pay you, you dont have to work with your mind and your creativity, u have to do what ypu are instructed,

2.5 years of mine wen in vein, they are dumb pepeole they dont know imp of humans or thier employee, they dont know how to communicate, even they dont follow such herarchy, this company is shith. lisy nair dont knw how to behavne with subordintes.

Being a small company, i got the chance of exploring all the department in the company. I got to learn how every department works.

Pay in this company is least among the industry. You dont have job security. Management of the company is really bad.

Jhaveri securities is giving opportunities to the freshers and it is one of the good platform to explore your abilities and skills. all the people are very helpful.

There is nothing for disliking because if you are able to convert yourself in particular environment then every thing you will like.

Work life balance, almost 5 days a week job

Particularly Mutual fund department does not have good culture, management head of dept is very unprofessional, employees can't share their point of view or else they are expelled, only the head of MF dept ( Vimal Pandya) is a termite for organization doing all illegal activities and dirty politics.

Its like traditional family driven company. Owner of company not have any principle or ethics. They belive in mentality like they have given you job and you have to remain thankful of them !!!
