No job security, if you won't butter the Dean/ Registrar you can be thrown out. Don't work here. You can be removed from the job any day.

Dislikes

The worst part about the Institute is that, it is ruining the life of so many students by doing false promises to them. If you are not one who makes your higher authority happy by buttering them then you see a hell right here in this planet. Salary is not given on time, it is delayed for more than 5 to 6 months. If you work here you will end up begging. This place has less work and more of bad politics.
