Jharkhand State police job is very challenging, adventurous, skillful, best public serving opportunity, thanksfull, if policeman discharge his duty followed by Law, and proper guidance by the superior. Police officer must be properly trained to implement Legal action according to situation and category of offence.

Dislikes

Compensation ition was good but groth was very neglected. Work presure was high due to shortages of staff. I worked their 24/7 as responsible thana incharge. Day to day reviw of work calture was terrible with fear of departmental punishment.
