they just deduct money from employees salary. they charge mediclaim premium to employees, but when u ask for mediclaim card they go blank and give u excuses. simply its a fraud company

They are trying to make employee work-balance life, it is very good.

... big packages and after joining they told you lots of rule and company's policy. Finally, you get less salary as compare to last company paid.

1. Salary on time but for incentive need to take strong follows up with management. 2

1. After relieving of company, f n f is not on time... 2. It feel like working in a government office.. 3. Other departments are not supportive.

Employees are good on skill set and humanity ground.

Dislikes

Employees are not valued during discussion or in their presence. No value of honest and educated employees. Humiliation over the salary paid and holidays given. No respect for the efforts made by employee. Exits are usually unpleasant.

Very worst company don't join this company kindly if you came to this site to check review then I'm your life saver they are always hiring because it's a sign of toxic company culture they will first hire you then if you don't walk in their footstep then they will fire you and is company ka VP sbse neech hai jo pta nhi kaise Vp bn gya jisko sales ka S bhi malum nhi isko chaukidaar ki bhi naukri nahi milegi bahar aur uske kuch puppet groups jinko bina skills ka promote Kiya jaa rha aur bina kisi knowledge inko market mei 2 paise ka bhi job na mile magar sab idhar chaatu hai sirf chaat ke position badha rhe aata inko kuch nhi ....only few employees are sincere baaki sab ka chatugiri chlta Jo Jo employee sucking and usko promotion hoti aur unki bookings bhi ho jati bina kisi mehnat ke...so don't join this company
