...hekar...bt can't build my career in future nd nt good environment and culture..and they give a nt good salary...even no bonus nd no pf esi...after 3 yrs..so that's why I changd my job imediatly..

Working style good sir,But pls change The Rsm every one will be happy. ..we don't want to leave the company,am very much with this company,,But some changes need sir,I given complaint to General Manager,No action from there still,he inform to to our Rsm he called and telling you give complaint to any of them no one can take action on me .we are disappointed,Completely r colleagues disappointed..he do not how to speak with us...

The worst company one would work at. The recruitment manager doesn’t know how to write a appointment letter, the Asst Manager (who is also fired) due to his innumerable affairs he had with the office employees. I don’t blame the MD bcz he knows only as much he is told about . The GM production & the IE HEAD will be the reason of shutting down the organisation. No personal life balance , no employee engagement, and by in case the workers are in your favour, you will be fired too if working for them
