Good work environment and cultuer . Well management and teammates support . Less gaming support . Company policies are good appraisal are less and they give good bonus every year

Such as i have rated above they are still paying us in COVID times. That's a better thing only.

Dislikes

1. Here the upper management is Japanese people who actually don't judge anyone on their own. Actually they should as the total strength is 100 here only. They just listen whatever is been told to them by middle management. 2. In every item is being purchased or facilities such as transportation, canteen,scrap, there is corruption in it. This company is in 60 crore loss currently and will never come in profit whatsoever. 3. In my tenure span i seen 3 MD changed but their approach is the same, through middle management, so if you are not middle management favorite dog till then you will not get a good increment. 4. All the managerial level does corruption and if someone will come to know about it, either he is been hated/troubled by all of them.

We can learn many good things which helps us to use in our personal life or future career. I Like the way of Japanese management to analyse issues, importance to safety and quality. Chance for everyone to present your work. Job Security and facilities are really good.

Dislikes

Hierarchy not being followed, Middle management facing Difficulties in working, Lack of practical approach by management, too much documentation & reporting.

The thing I loved here was the approach from Japanese management towards their customers and the experience of working in high pressure culture so that I can survive in other cultures

Dislikes

Indian management as well as their hiring process as they don't recruit staff on basis of skills and talent. Everyone there was someone came through reference of people working in company
