1. Here the upper management is Japanese people who actually don't judge anyone on their own. Actually they should as the total strength is 100 here only. They just listen whatever is been told to them by middle management. 2. In every item is being purchased or facilities such as transportation, canteen,scrap, there is corruption in it. This company is in 60 crore loss currently and will never come in profit whatsoever. 3. In my tenure span i seen 3 MD changed but their approach is the same, through middle management, so if you are not middle management favorite dog till then you will not get a good increment. 4. All the managerial level does corruption and if someone will come to know about it, either he is been hated/troubled by all of them....Read More
