I'm .... To working feel like yes I'm in correct place. I not got Any training but ownself capability and help from Mr. PINTO learn many knowledges LOGIC ERP, Inward , Outward and supply chain management. From the operation head (Mr. SHANTI Sir) of the company I learn documentation and Logistic process. The management was too good given by him which was his kindfulness to my life. I was the first who use to think daily, today's I can do something new to learn. Many situations I got shouted from my boss but my loyalty and my hard work always save my job as I feel always. JF gallery a very good place to learn and to update ownself here freedom for learning and give lessons to others that you can be a good while doing work or after the work. I was the manager of warehouse and I got many times different types of situations and very irritating feelings about my teams words but having the blessings of God, Jf given a good opportunity and faithfulness too me and my hard work to go further and meet challenges and solution in a easy way, JF is now grownup stage the company planning is very good and higher. JF gallery means you can meet the quality of work and varieties of knowledge in a small place you can find a big and higher working knowledge, As I can gives my views I was a fresher for retail organisation but today's I feel yes I know about many work and varieties of process LOGIC'S ERP, GRN LOGISTICS, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, INVENTORY and much more than my words. To work with JF I feel very amazing and honest place I always kept smile in my face while working with JF the best place the best company but... Due to some teammates and some executive behaviours and their poor languages feel very guilty to work well, I always get Shy I never found in my team understanding and supporting. My team never helps me as I always give them Full support with my love and helps with faithfulness but I never received a single piece of help and believes for me . As I never feel for anyone is bigger or a small designated I work here is like a labour and never feel I am a manager of this office because the climate was very poor of working. Condition in here I learn that if you are having quality of reply with loud sound that means you are correct but if you are loyal and hard working but you not have ability to give reply of correct words in loud sound then you are wrong. In a small word I can say सच को सच साबित करना उतना ही मुश्किल है जितना झूठ को चिल्ला-चिल्लाकर सच साबित करना आसान है मैं पिछले साल से नौकरी कर रहा हूं बहुत सारे सरकारी गैर सरकारी कंपनियों में लेकिन ऐसा माहौल मुझे कभी नहीं मिला| J f gallery very good due to some executive behaviours or person why we can recommend very bed because the lotus found in mud but the same lotus is the symbol of success. so today I am knowledgeable but cannot think future
