They are actually terrible. Nothing to say more.

1. Behaviour is not at all good. 2. Salary comes after 10th 3. Each day they creates some situation to work more than 9 hours 4. Though I left the job just before 2days, they haven't cleared my salary still now. As I suppose to get the salary of 1month and 9days, now I am waiting for my salary.

When my father was hospitalised, they allowed me leave office early for going to hospital.

No corporate culture. At the time of interview job profile was something different but on joining your entire profile will be changed.

Company have not supported during covid-19 and company work environment is not to good

Company management always change the employee and I have faced a big problem and they didn't support anything of employees.

Nothing is good except Fulfurnish office.. don't go with visual expression

1. Company has no HR or employees related policies..its daily change by verbally. 2. Company didn't provide any leave..like no work no pay.. moreover company hasn't listed holidays also. 3. Poor and conjested working environment.. Fully Marwary dominated culture. Employees did not talk each other...like robot r do. 4. No freedom or encouragement to employees..u have to take so many permission for every step..even 2 to 3 permission is required for days closer..like u r stealing office.. . 5. No old employees exist in this company.. maximum life circle is is 2-3 months. Maximum heads picked up from friends and family. 6. Daily Working hours is 10 hrs. and no gress is given in joining time while closer time is not fixed.. Salaries are even deducted on the stricks. 7. Unethical work culture fully Marwary dominated with intention that we are paying for everything..no values and encouragement, employees are treating like a robot that has no break required. 8. Boss is hole day busy with CCTV to monitor employees, who r talking, smiling and using mobile phone. rather his main course of business action. 9. Technically company has a Trading concern while its expressing as a manufacturer.. its import from china and assemble and sale in Indian marker..e-bikes and Toto.. we all r know about growth and competition statement of this products. company has inediqute structure in terms tech and humannpower so future is not dependable. 10. Company is pay salary intentionally late on 10th every month for hold 10 days in hand. ***Note: Its better to stay home rathar join such wrost company.. because no guarantee you will receive your salary end of day..
