Nothing. Fresher hoto kuch yaha se sikhkar turant nikal jao.

Dislikes

Ghatiya culture - har kaam mai politics - ekdum ghatia company. Labour are not treat as human being. Kabhi join mat karna. Labour Law ke hisab se hafte mai ekdin labour ko half day dena chaiye per yelog nahi dete. Over time ka payment v nahi dete. Koi acha review dera hai to samjho wo madam ka talwa chatne wala hai.

I learned to take professional picrures in a store room. Which used to be troublesome but it was satisfying for me when i saw those pictures after retouching.

There is no air condition.It was on the top floor of a bulding.It was quite hard to concentrate on work and the work culture was bad. I was eve teased by some of the guys out there.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
