Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Since 2010 i was working with Jetways Travels there bosses dont find me arrogant but in july 2020 they find me arrogant and for the same reason they fired me from the job and as per there own if the company fires there employee they will give you 2 months salary and they will clear your F and F but they do it they fired me with 15 days salary.

They just want donkey in there company.
