Likes

No unnecessary pressure, work environment is good. A happy, healthy atmosphere. Salary-wise, you can grab a good one if you have negotiation talents. There are good things to learn about aviation and lots of new projects. There is job security until you screw up and play dirty politics.

Dislikes

Work from office, maybe they can go for hybrid model. Also the culture can be more fun. Increments are not too great. Just that you and your senior should have a good rapport.
