Low bandwidth Working 12 hours a day 6 days Working No job security Low salary Huge amount of work for a single person Too much politics Ops Manager attitude- leave if you want to, we'll hire new people. Everyday you'll wake up and you'll worry that you will have to work again. The process is too manual. It's like Working for a 1990's company. Maybe this is because, the co-founders are boomer gen.

Imagine that you've worked for a month and then they don't pay for it. It's a Lala company which wears a progressive robe from the outside. I have worked with many organizations but I would definitely rate this to be the poorest of all. No policies at all

An absolute turn around in my life both on professional and personal front. Extremely happy to be a part of the Jetlearn Family. The Entire Management and the staff is a support system for people like me who have a Zeal to Excel in life while looking after their family as well. Work From Home couldn't have been better than this. Employee Centric approach which in turn leads to Customer Satisfaction by making your people happy and worthy in the organization. Jetlearn had inculcated a sense of Responsibility towards my learners and I am enjoying every bit of it. Blessed to be a part of this extended family. 1. The ops manager is full of attitude and if you go ahead with the concern they will clearly say that you do nothing and will fire you. 2. The have offsite meeting and everyone will be invited expect the operation team . 3. The company is full of politics 4. they do not provide job security and will remove you. 5. Hr of the company will have a personal meeting with you and will blame you for the process 6. There is nothing in the company expect the one sentence"We will make the future" 7. Clearly not advice you to go ahead with the company.
