No proper company policy. They always tend to not pay last month/s' salary to people resigning and leaving the company. Salary disbursal is not timely They do not understand freight forwarding, apart from air export perishable business

They don't give salaries on time! They never give incentives, they make excuses to pay incentives. The HR cut half day salary if you are 2 mins late. The founder Richard is always busy on his phone during review meetings, is ill-informed about the latest in thr industry. If you are a senior manager, it would be very hard to get through Richard because of the above mentioned reasons. And this in the long term will lead to stunted growth. This organisation doesn't belive in investing in its workforce. The HR department and policies are not employee friendly. And it's worse for sales people. Many of people who work there don't receive the promised incentive.

I had joined as Receptionist. But i got scope to learn in HR and then i was been promoted as HR executive. The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. I love the working environment.

There are very few instance where you'll like anything about Jet Freight, well it's a group of ambitious people who sets unrealistic expectation for themselves. They also don't hesitate in doing wrong business practice unless it helps in increasing revenue.

Dislikes

No career progression, You joined as A, you leave as A. No learning curve, you will be treated as slave human and not asset. You're good until you're fruitful.
