...e division. Jet airways experience have helped me to increase my career growth . I was having only one problem of my salary growth .

When I joined Bharat aviation contract of JET AIRWAYS as aircraft technician at 2015 December, my salary was 3800 /- . When Indian government has ordered minimum salary of 10000/- month, Bharat aviation contract of JET AIRWAYS, Has increased my salary to 10000/ month . And I have received this salary for only 6 month. I have resigned my job experience in Line maintenance division of contract jet airways on April 2018 . As Bengaluru was big city was expensive for my food , travel to airport, my uniform and shoes and rent a house , this 10000 / month would not be enough for my expense. This would be a suggestion. I was having more experience as contract of jet airways, and have worked very hard In night shifts for about 10 hours/ day .

Experienced staff, benefits like mediclaim for yourself+parents, spouse and children, Work life balance, Good amount of leaves, Sat n sun off.

Dislikes

For every airline actually, most of times recession n current world affairs affects your promotion n salary.

An airline with staff who are empathetic, understanding towards each other. Everyone is helpful and goal oriented.Customer was always first.

Dislikes

Only 12 pass Cabin crew were given managerial positions with higher salary than a qualified existing staff in the same department. Young staff were recruited with higher salaries and given the opportunity to learn under an old experienced staff who earns lesser.

...ous and well trained... Process and appraisal were well defined and transparent. Salary package and benefits were the best in Indian standards.

Dislikes

Company did not take the low cost comeptitors seriously... The time company moulded to the current aviation trends, it was too late to take corrective actions is my view point.

Everything , work environment, good Management, Salary... have received awards for customer excellence... Jet was like a family a home to me...

It was challenging to deal with upset customers but it was the best time to show ur skills and bring a smile on customers face...
