It gave me wings to reach my dreams. It gave me the opportunity to meet people from different country, culture having different mentality. It taught me how to handle people in complicated situations.

Dislikes

If Jet airways reopens I will be happy to role myself in without negotiating my salary, as it gave me everything when I had nothing...now it's my time for repaying it back.

No longer employed at Jet Airways. The company is shut down now.

Dislikes

We were required to pay amount of 1 Lakh INR for "training" (out of which they would give us 30% back after completing 3 years with the company). Too much of a 'prejudiced' work environment amongst the crew with seniority and authority. A very unfair and unethical work environment in terms of self growth and development. Although there are some truly righteous people great to work with too but most of the time it was a very low level workplace.

Likes

Salary was quite competitive, flights were regular for 6days and then get two days off. As we had a small team we all were pretty close in our base, so work environment was quite easy and fun.

Dislikes

Flights were too long, and changing flights were a bit difficult. Requests were not granted most times, but an effort was always made to help crew to maintain a smooth schedule.

...ous and well trained... Process and appraisal were well defined and transparent. Salary package and benefits were the best in Indian standards.

Dislikes

Company did not take the low cost comeptitors seriously... The time company moulded to the current aviation trends, it was too late to take corrective actions is my view point.
