Well it’s long list, to start with Professionalism, Best airways, nice policies ,good salary,I was given opportunities to learn all allocation, incentives, adjustment in shifts to encounter work life balance,adequate training timely basis etc

Every company has some flaws ,so do my company , appraisal was not as per market standard, no pick up and drop policies for shifts

Aviation is my passion. Jet Airways is a good company to work with. Good training, good salary., good environment, no much politics. My work place is my second family. I love my job.

Jet airways is the main airline in India, if an employee can work for jet airways atleast for 6 months then that employee can work in any other airline in the globe.

According to the nunbers of flights the staff’s are handeling,salary is less.

Experienced staff, benefits like mediclaim for yourself+parents, spouse and children, Work life balance, Good amount of leaves, Sat n sun off.
