...tion. Innovation / ideas were explored and implemented when found to be worth. Salary was not par with other International Carriers but no one had any complaints/regrets. Politics is everywhere as all are human beings but we look at it as competion than anything. No gender bias is allowed/encouraged any time. Appraisal process is online and appraisal 360 was implemented at top level giving opportunities for everyone to speak about. Overall enjoyed working with the organization and will be completing 26 years on 26th March 2019. Yes there is always a room for improvement and with millennial coming inn we are ready to explore with new zeal and energy.

Dislikes

Certain employees were hired with recommendations who lacked knowledge and entered the organization with higher designation and salary. Some were absorb when they were removed earlier on Integrity issue. Otherwise no regrets at all...

Experienced staff, benefits like mediclaim for yourself+parents, spouse and children, Work life balance, Good amount of leaves, Sat n sun off.

Dislikes

For every airline actually, most of times recession n current world affairs affects your promotion n salary.

An airline with staff who are empathetic, understanding towards each other. Everyone is helpful and goal oriented.Customer was always first.

Dislikes

Only 12 pass Cabin crew were given managerial positions with higher salary than a qualified existing staff in the same department. Young staff were recruited with higher salaries and given the opportunity to learn under an old experienced staff who earns lesser.

...ous and well trained... Process and appraisal were well defined and transparent. Salary package and benefits were the best in Indian standards.

Dislikes

Company did not take the low cost comeptitors seriously... The time company moulded to the current aviation trends, it was too late to take corrective actions is my view point.

Everything , work environment, good Management, Salary... have received awards for customer excellence... Jet was like a family a home to me...

Dislikes

It was challenging to deal with upset customers but it was the best time to show ur skills and bring a smile on customers face...
