If i start with Jetairways institution, few instructors where very bad in teaching and have some ego mindset. Next if i come to my station where i worked is ie, Kochin, my head in security were all army retired persons who dont know to take care their team members, no team work. Quality in work was very poor. Lack of knowledge and no customer care.

Working with jet airways was an honor.. but till the date, we haven't got our salary, the company has not supporting at all... During these pendamic time also ,they are not giving our pending salary that is such a shame..they should have atleast cleared our salary ..

The company is open and gives freedom to their employees for their ideas. I lobe that I am part of jetairways family.. I am proud that I am in an reputed company and biggest airline in the world.. The most unique is they serve a good hospitality to their customers.. A warm welcome will always be given to their customers. This is one of the best workplace . I love my teammates who always support for me and they withstand for the company...

The compensation is decent but growth is slow and sometimes we need to extend our work and shift timings may differ. Sometimes more customer support is given other than employees.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
