no job security after confirmation also,no work life balance ,no financial growth .director dont value employee ,i receive appreciation my candidate but management not notice that .No fix yearly appraisal ,no overtime allowanance

As a manager ,was mingled with my teammates, headoffice and other branches colleagues in apleasant manner and they were also. Toured places in ap for sourcing suitable candidates/job aspirants for middle east countries was good .salary appraisal is in normal.work environment is good.worklife balance is little tidy but management encourages for betterment.

Some politics .management colliding with other teammembers and environment gets spoiled.encouragement to a particular group spoilt the atmosphere.
