There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Jell pharmaceutical company wants to have less load per chemist, that's why 2 chemists are needed in one department, but the load is not even or less.

There is no weekly off in the company, do the work on daily basis, the same goes on, just get the production out, that's it.
