No job security and worst Marwari Culture prevail in this company. There is no Policy in this company. Your career will be in a very bad shape once you get into this company. No one should accept the offer letter by seeing the company website. Rest up to you. I was one of the victim. There are also 3 companies under this company i,e. Ganpati Industrial Pvt. Ltd. , RV Rails, Jekay Wagons. Management is same. Be aware of this group. Head office located at Nicco House in Kolkata and plant is located in Mugma - Jharkhand and Raipur - Chhattisgarh.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
