Job security is good, once you complete training. Not a big fan of this company culture. Management is not very much supportive of employees. Policies are not good.

Dislikes

Company culture is very bad. Culture is not employee friendly leading to bad attrition rate. Very childish kind of culture asking employees to send lunch in/ out mails daily. Even if you and your team complete the work by EOD you have to wait simply till all the other teams finish their work even without any dependency. Giving timelines for work daily is very pathetic (feels like school timetable) . Even if you have no work/less work for the day, you will be allocated work from any old completed project with time schedule and asked to work (Dont know why such strange policy here). You will have no exposure like email communications or discussions with peers of same category except than your manager in the office (Very strange again). This are the some main things which badly affect the work culture .

Likes

Working environment will be good. Management will be very supportive to build our inter world and are always ready to welcome new innovative thoughts/ideas from all the employees. Quick response from respective superiors in case of needy times. In overall, it is very good platform for freshers to improve themselves from all the corners.

Dislikes

All the policies were good but it would be great if the leave policy is updated little bit. It would be good, if they start upgrading the programming tools to current trending one and start automation testing instead of manual testing which helps in growth of company and employees growth as well.

Likes

The only thing I would be taking ahead with me are the friends I made at JRA. I also loved the field that I was working in - Market Research.

Dislikes

People keep trying to make this a better place for employees (me included) but change happens only if the higher authorities also want to improve the company, which they dont.

The company provides training in good manner which will help us while execution of projects and each employee in this organization works to keep or encourage each other grow professionally

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal is less compared to other companies which will be reason for many employees looking for new oppurtunities
