There is no job security. And most important is without prior notice they will layoff you. Without giving any reason. You might be doing great work. But still you are on the hit list of layoff

Some staff people who are on the above post, take money in the office and keep people on the job, do not look at the skills and ask for money from the helpers or if they are of public recognition, then keep them when the work is more then anyone We will recruit you, but the work gets out as soon as the work is done, the company is right, but some staff people are not right
