Any organisation's culture depends on the senior manager and top management's behavior, and it is different between the teams. So more likely I would say in my team manager's are really great. Ready to help and give support where ever required.

Things are very cut to cut from last some years, like when I joined in Oct 21 it was great experience with the company. We were excited to login next day. But since last one and half years, its like Do or Die. I'm not being judgmental here, if you want you can check the shifts, resignations, and movements of managers from JS to other vertical of Info Edge. Even managers can feel that uncomfortable here in environment. In short things are forced from top to bottom. Hardly anything is considered from bottom to top. Over all, management has very different visions and they are stubborn with their decisions.

policies are formulated in such a manner that even a good performer cannot survive here for more than 3 years because they go on increasing targets after every appraisal which results in huge difference in target between new comer and vintage . and eventually a vintage agent will b having sufficient gap to get PIP (performance improvement program ) that is to compulsory resign if fails to cover gap in 1 month .

Salary on Time and Trainning with good hand holdings

I was loud admirer of this comapany during my job, But now I will give this rating only because of my experience with HR for my relieving later after resignation. Not only me but you can ask every ex employee who left this company within this year. I would not recomment anybody to join this comapny, becayuse when you leave and you have to wait for 5-6 months only for FNF and relieving latter then your carrier would be in dark. I was harrased only because of their poor coordination with their finance team and HR over my billing details. How can it so dramatic if you have sytem that after every billing you asked to submit the details with in 2 days, if anybody fails you cancel their billing and when you left the company they are telling you that we found discrepency in billing book ???? It is more idiotic that they ask about the those details which can be seen in CRM only and that credentials was blocked just after the leaving the company. How can I remember those 5-6 billing in 300 sheet ??? then I was told to take help any employe to check, why ???? my simple question why would I ask any employee to check , that means I was the culprit of any kind of mismatch. but thanks to the seniors who helped me getting this and after 6 months finally I got my FNF. Very Very worst experience.

Work environment, helpful seniors, strong HR policies & procedures, professionalism followed

Dislikes

No work life balance, compensation is less as compared to the similar roles in naukri or shiksha, can have more focus on learning & development & career growth is slow.
