This is first job.so I learnt many more roles like CRE work,CRM and asvisor. So this is best opportunity for me because I enhanced my technical skill and customer handling.

The negative thing is that dealership is not judge to employee is properly. Salary package is very less not increase. Do not increase the salary until employee himself speaks. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Worst company. Worst culture. Old employees are just taking money. And not doing anything. The peoples who don't know anything try to become over smart. They don't allow you take leave on your week off. And will ask you to come all 7 days. Don't give any other benefit to sales people. All they do is treat you like a animal.
