Really good policies they maintained. Full WFH in Covind-19 BM of Kolkata is very supportive and easy to approachable. I truly appreciated that the support he has given to me.

Nothing as such. Could be better for salary package.

Fully work,Less salary,No backup in any department import &export;several times we talked about salary and work preger to branch manger but he was not responding.

Teammates are good,their is no specific training but yes a short training given to new employees for their system, work environment is okay,the company is ready for to adopt new innovation.

Compensation is average with slow growth, appraisal are done once in year,

It is amazing to work with professionals here as they are well-aware of the industries, trends and can teach you a lot. The people are really warm and welcoming. Good experience to work with the top management.

The appraisal or promotion is not that great. If you are a young individual and looking for good growth in terms of salary, then you might want to think twice before joining Jeena.

...angement is trasnsparet. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisals ate fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There qa bond of 2 yearw before which you cannot resign. Or the job training is not given to new joinees.
